Integrate Intercom live chat module in your help center by following the self-explanatory steps drafted below.
Steps to follow in Intercom dashboard:
- Login into intercom dashboard.
- Hover over “profile” and then click “Settings”.
- Select “App settings” from the horizontal settings menu.
- Scroll down till you can see “Installation” section to select “Web” option.
- Copy the code present inside the box.
Back home at helptier:
- Select “Integrations” from the left side menu options.
- Select “Connect” from the respective chat service provider from which you have copied the code in the last step.
- Click “Apply” after pasting the code in the dialog box and you’re good to rock.
