Integrating fresh chat is pretty straightforward which is described below.
Steps to follow in Freshchat dashboard:
- Login to your fresh chat module.
- Click “Settings” from the left side menu options in the dashboard.
- Navigate to “Setup” section to select “Web Messenger”
Copy the code present in both Step 1&2.
Back home at helptier:

Select “Integrations” from the left side menu options.
- Select “Connect” from the respective chat service provider from which you have copied the code in the last step.
- Make sure to paste both the code from Step 1&2 all together inside the dialog box and click “Apply”.
