Integrate Drift Live chat module in your help center which easy to follow steps described below.
Steps to follow in Drift dashbaord:
- Login to your drift dashboard.
- Click “Team Settings” from the side left menu options and then click “Chat widget” from the options.
- Click “Install” and then click “Javascript”.
- Copy the code present inside the box.
Back home at helptier:
- Select "Integrations" from the left side menu options.
- Select “Connect” from the respective chat service provider from which you have copied the code in the last step.
- Click “Apply” after pasting the code in the dialog box and you’re good to go.
