Helptier now allows you to integrate the popular live chat modules available in the market. You can start using the Crisp chat in your help center by following the steps instructed below.
Steps to follow in Crisp dashboard:
- Login into your crisp dashboard.
- Click “Settings” and then click “Website settings”
- Click the respective website "Settings" for which you wish to integrate the live chat in the helptier help center.
- Select “Chatbox setup instructions” available under “Setup instructions” option.
- On clicking “HTML” brings us to the penultimate step.
- Copy the code present inside the box.
Back home at helptier:
- Select " Integrations" from the left side menu options.
- Select “Connect” from the respective chat service provider from which you have copied the code in the last step.
- Click “Apply” after pasting the code in the dialog box and you’re good to go.
